New User Settings


This is the “My Profile” screen. As a new user, you need to fill in all sections of your profile. First, “Create a Password”. This password must contain at least eight characters, at least one special character, at least one upper case letter, at least one lower case letter and at least one number. 


Enter your “First Name” and your “Last Name”.


Your “Email Address” has been automatically generated. It can be updated if changes need to be made. Your “Username” has been created from the first part of your email address. This is the name you will use to log into the application. It can be changed if you wish. “Upload Avatar” is where a photo or an image can be uploaded and will display next to your name throughout the application. Please know that this is just for setup purposes. Since the assessment results are anonymous, the image will not display in any of the anonymous parts of the application. Next, fill in the “Report Field Values” from the dropdown lists that have been added by the company admins.


At the bottom of the screen, the box must be checked in order to save your profile. To read the Terms of Service and Privacy Agreement click the links to review the documents. 

When you are ready, check the box that you agreed to both agreements. 


When everything is filled in, click the “Update” button. Your profile has now been saved and you can enter into the rest of the application. “Administer” and “Participate”  at the top of the screen is how to go to the “Dashboards”. The options will depend on what permissions you are granted.
