Company Profile_People
“People” is where to add and manage users that have access to company settings. There are two ways to add people.
The first is “Add From Directory”. Here is where add available users from the imported company directory that can be assigned a company settings permission. The list of users can be “Filtered” by the “Report Fields” on the left hand side of the page. The list of names will show here in the center and to add a person, check the box next to their name. One or multiple people can be selected at a time. Then select the “Role” that will be assigned to them from the dropdown and click the “+Add People” button. Once the “+Add People” button is clicked, their names will be removed from this list and will be added to the “Company Admins” section.
The second way to add people is “Add Manually”. Here is where to add a person who was not listed in the company's directory. Type in the email address and press “Return” on the keyboard. Return must be pressed in order to hold the value. As many emails as needed can be entered.
Always remember to press “Return” after each email address to hold each value. Once the emails have been entered, select the “Role” that will be assigned to them from the dropdown list and click the “+Add Admins” button. When the “+Add Admins” button is clicked, their names will be removed from this list and will now appear in the “Company Admins” section.
The “Company Admins” section is where to manage the users who have been assigned a company settings permission. Next to each person's name is their “Email Address”, their “Permission Level”, their “Status” where “Invited” means an invite to register has been sent, but they have not registered yet and “Active” means that they have registered. Once a user has registered and is “Active”, all of the information that they enter into the “Report Fields” will appear here.
If a person is still in the “Invited” status and they need to be reminded to register or if they have misplaced the email invite to register, they invite can be resent. Check the box next to their name. One or multiple people can be selected at a time and click the “Resend Invite” button. An email invite to register will be recent.
If a user needs to be removed from having access to the company settings, check the box next to their name. Again one or multiple people can be selected at a time and click the “Remove Admins” button. This will remove them from this “Permission Level” and they will be reassigned a new “Permission Level” of “Staff”, which is the lowest Permission Level. A user can always be granted access back to a company settings permission level, or any other permission level in the appropriate place.
If a user needs to be archived completely from the company and removed from all Permission Levels, Strategic Initiatives and Assessments, check the box next to their name. Again, one or multiple people can be selected at a time and click the “Archive Users” button. This will move them to the “Archive Users” list.
The “Archive Users” section is a list of people who have been removed from all permission levels at the company. To add a person back to the company from this list, check the box next to their name. Again, one or multiple people can be selected at a time and click the “Unarchive Users” button. When this button is clicked, the user will be added back to the company directory. From there, they can be added back into the application at the appropriate permission level.
