Company Profile_Report Fields


“Report Fields” fields are used as a filtering mechanism when adding users to assessments or when reviewing assessment results. Changeforce.ai has pre-created some fields to help get you started with analyzing data. Please note that the location fields are locked and not editable. The list shown here populates as users register and add in their location. 


To add an additional report field, click the “+ Add Report Field” button. Start by adding in the “Report Field Group” for this section and press “Return” on the keyboard.  To add the “Report Field Name” in this section, click the “+ (add)” button next to the “Report Field Group” name and enter in your “Report Field Name” and press “Return” to save the text. 


To add in the “Report Field Values”, click the “+ (add)” button next to the “Report Field Name” and enter in your first value. Press “Return” on the keyboard when finished. Continue by adding as many “Report Field Values” as you need by clicking the “+ (add)” button next to the “Report Field Name”. And remember to press “Return” after each name added to save the text. 


To add another “Report Field Name”, go back to the “Report Field Group”  and click the “+ (add)” button.  Enter in your next “Report Field Name” and press “Return” to save the text. 


Continue by adding the “Report Field Values” under that “Report Field.” 


To edit any of the text entered, click the “Edit” icon next to the text that you want to change. When editing, the box around the text will turn yellow to show that the text can be changed. 


Press “Return” on the keyboard when done and the box will turn gray showing  that the text has been saved.


To delete any “Report Field Group” name, “Report Field Name” or “Report Field Value”,  click the “Trash Can” icon next to the text. In order to delete a “Report Field Group” name, all “Report Field Names” and “Report Field Values” must be deleted first. In order to delete a “Report Field Name”, all “Report Field Values” must be deleted first. 


Please note that if any user has entered information into a “Report Field”, that “Report Field” will no longer be deletable. 


The order in which the “Report Fields” show on this page is the order in which they will appear on the “My Profile” screen and in the list of “Filters” in the assessment. To move the order of any “Report Fields”, roll over that field and click and hold the “4 Arrows” icon and drag the field to the desired placement. When done, let go of the mouse button.
