Update Login Settings

📇 Log In Methods

To manage how your users log in to Mathison, navigate to Organization Settings and choose one of the following options: SSO with Google or Office 365(Domain Lock), or log in with a work email and password (Invite Only).

Invite Only (Default)

Invite only is the default login method, which means that users can only access Mathison once they receive an invitation from an EP Admin. To log in, users must first accept their invitation and create a password.

  • Invitations: EP Admins (Super Managers or Managers) can directly send invitations to new users they want to add to the platform.
    See
    📨Invitations
  • Email & Password: Users must log in using the same work email mentioned in their invitation and set a password.
Domain Lock or SSO

Managers and Super Managers have the ability to switch from the default invitation-only login scheme to Domain Lock, or SSO.

⚠️
You may need an Office 365 administrator to grant your organization access if you’re connecting with Microsoft. Find instructions and more details here.
  • Note: Sending invitations to email addresses outside the EP's domain is no longer possible. To invite your users, simply ask them to open app.mathison.io

Note:
If you’re upgrading to
Domain Lock from Invite Only, any team member that created an account using an email that doesn’t match your domain exactly will need to create an account with an email address at your domain. See 🔏Guide to Domain Lock or SSO
