Add & Invite New Users
If your org is configured to Invite Only, users can only access Mathison once you invite them. To create their account, users must first accept the invitation sent to their email and create a password.
Invites expire after 30 days and we no longer limit the amount of invites/seats/users you may add.
📨 How to Add or Invite New Users
ℹ️ Must have Super Manager or Manager access
- Click on your avatar in the top right corner
- Navigate to Organization Settings
- Open the
Staff Members
tab - At the top right, click
Invite Staff
- Enter email(s) of the user(s) you want to invite. You can bulk add users by entering emails on separate lines.
- Click Send

♻️ How to Resend an Invitation
- Go to Organization Settings.
- Navigate to the Staff Members tab.
- Find the user you want to resend the invite to.
- Select the three-dot menu on their row.
- Click on "Resend Invite".

FAQs
How many users can I invite?
You can invite unlimited users.
How long should it take before an invitation email is sent?
After sending an invitation, it may take up to 5 minutes for the email to leave the system and arrive in the user's inbox. In most cases, the email is sent instantaneously.
What should I do if a user says they never received an invitation email?
Ask them to check spam or check with their IT that their org is allowed to receive emails from platform@mathison.io.
Can I invite users even if I have Domain Lock turned on?
No
If I have domain lock on (z.com), can I invite someone that has a work email different from my domain (y.com)?
No, EPs with domain lock enabled cannot send invitations to emails from domains other than their own (e.g., y.com, gmail.com, etc.).
