How to Get Access to Mathison Products
In Mathison, the products you have access to are determined by your Admin. If you're not seeing the products you expect to have access to, this guide will help you troubleshoot the issue.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Check Your Access Level
Check the left side navigation to see what products are displayed:
- If you only see Knowledge Center and Bias Scanner, you have Basic access.
- If you also see Action Plan and Equity Index, you have Full EI access.
- If you only see Action Plan and not Equity Index, you have Basic EI access.
- If you also see Dashboard, you are a Manager or Super Manager and can grant yourself access to additional products in Organization Settings.
Step 2: Contact Your Mathison Admin
If you need to use additional Mathison products than what's currently visible in your left navigation, contact your admin to request an upgrade to your permissions.
Your Mathison Admin is typically a team lead or an IT contact who initially set up the account and manages users.

Subject: Request for Access to Additional Mathison Products Message: Hi [Admin’s Name], I'd like to request an upgrade in my access level on Mathison. Currently, I have Basic access, and I would like access to the Equity Index and Action Plan to help mobilize our DEI strategy. Here are the steps to adding the EI Lead permission to my account:Thank you,
- Login to Mathison and click your initials in the top right
- Open Organization Settings
- Click the Staff tab
- Click Manage —> Edit at the top right
- Search for my account and click the dropdown in the EI Access column
- Select Full EI Access
Step 3: Confirm Changes
Once your admin has updated your access level, open Mathison to confirm that you can now see and use the expected products.
