New Home Page

We've redesigned the home page so that you can quickly see the progress of your companies/groups in one page on our site (detailed below).

You can also toggle between the portfolio dashboard to your own company's dashboard by just clicking on the top blue button:

There are now three main sections on your home page. These include: The Insights section - which details the averages of your company's or group's scores (based on those that have completed the Equity Index assessment), and actions (goals that have been completed and the total goals created); The Development Stage which gives a quick graphical representation of where each of your companies/groups are based on their assessment score; and the Companies/Groups section which gives more in-depth details on a particular company or group.

Insights

Here you'll find several sections displaying the cumulative averages of the total companies or groups that have taken the Equity Index assessment. You will see the average score, the assessment sections that had the highest average score and the lowest average score ("Top Strength" and "Top Opportunity"), a detailed list of the total companies or groups in your portfolio, as well as the total users, the total actions (goals) taken, and the total actions completed.

Development Stage

You will see a custom dot plot of your companies/groups and where they land in their development stage:

Convert to a Portfolio Organization

If you want to convert to a portfolio organization, please reach out and let us know.

What do I need to convert my organization?

• Names of any groups or companies that you would like to add as a "child organization"
  • If the specific group or company is not currently active in Mathison, they will need to be set up by our team:
    • The point-of-contact for the specific organization: (name and email address)
  • If they're already a member of our Mathison platform, we just need the name of the company
• If your organization isn't a member of the Mathison platform we'll need to add it.
  • We'll need the main point-of-contact for your organization (name and email address)

When will it be available?

It generally takes between 2 to 5 business days from the initial request for this feature to become available to your users.
